Cut in the same way as Beef Prime rib this luxury roasting joint is perfect for a special occasion. The meat of the Mangalitsa is dark and marbled with pure white fat producing spectacular soft meat. Generally sold with a cm or two of fat over the meat to render through the meat during cooking. Let us know if you would like some separate pork skin for crackling provided free of charge with your joint (this cut is not generally left skin on unless requested). Generally french trimmed (Bone on) but can be provided off the bone if you prefer.
