Lightly marbled, these steaks are succulent and dark when cooked. Similar to the marbling found in Kobe Beef, the higher percentage of fat in a Mangalitsa steak is the source of its flavour. For a special occasion or just the discerning palate.
Matured for 3 times as long as commercial pork, the meat is darker and richer than other breeds, and is marbled producing a softer succulent cut.
