This year we have a smaller box on offer as we realise more people will be sharing a more intimate Christmas gathering in 2020. All your Christmas Pork delivered Locally or Nationally (National Delivery 22nd December, Local 23rd). Feel free to order 2 or to add extra items if you will be having a bigger gathering. 

Every part of this box comes from our own homebred, 100% Free Range and Traditional Breed pigs right here in Beckley, East Sussex.

All Boxes Contain:

Free Range Chipolatas 450g per pack x 2

Dry Cure Streaky Bacon - 8 Rashers (Approx 200g) for pigs in blankets!

Dry Cure Back Bacon (approx 300g) for Breakfast, or to put on the turkey!

Dry Cured Gammon Joint (Approx 1.5kg)

Free Range Cumberland Style Sausage meat for stuffing and sausage rolls (450g)

Additional Chipolatas and Sausage meat will be on sale from the the first week of December once we have had a count up!

(Please note - to make best use of all the whole pig, chipolatas and bacon will be taken from the same pigs. This does mean that chipolatas will be made 3 weeks before xmas to allow time for the bacon to cure - so they will be frozen when the boxes are delivered)
